RequirementsAbout You:We are looking for a QA Engineer to lead quality efforts across our engineering team. You will play a critical role in designing robust automated testing frameworks, mentoring QA engineers, and embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of Playwright, hands-on experience with TestRail, and a strong foundation in QA methodologies, best practices, and modern test automation strategies.Qualifications:

Expert-level proficiency in Playwright (preferably with TypeScript).
Hands-on experience managing and organizing test suites in TestRail or similar tools.
Strong understanding of QA theory: test design techniques, shift-left strategies, etc.
Proficient in working with CI/CD environments (GitLab CI or similar).
Familiarity with RESTful API testing (e.g., Postman, REST-assured, or equivalent).
Experience with Agile development and testing processes, including SCRUM or Kanban.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
