- Point of contact for all human related topics to managers and employees
- To support employees by providing human resources advice and to guide management teams and employees through established processes and tools
- Supporting implementation and optimalization of all P&O systems and processes
- To review and update policies, procedures, forms in line with the changes to legislation and best practice and help to ensure these are well communicated
- To support and develop Growth and Leadership Culture in the company
- Supporting current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital, support mutual cooperation
- Participation in project work as defined at local level
- Supporting the onboarding process of new hires and representing values of Siemens Mobility
- Participation in preparation of payroll documents and closing activities
- Other supporting activities according to P&O Department/P&O Manager needs
- Previous experience as Human Resources Generalist/Specialist is advantage
- Knowledge of in-company people related processes
- Slovak Labor law and other related legislation knowledge is appreciated
- Willingness to travel to Siemens Mobility locations on demand (within Bratislava city)
- Strong IT skills, including the use of online tools, in-house databases and MS Office applications (MS Excel on an advanced level is a must).
- Experience from international environment is advantage
- English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)
