What you will doAn HR Operations Project Lead is responsible for managing and supervising HR projects to ensure efficient and effective HR operations. This role involves coordinating with various departments, implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.How you will do itProject Management: Lead and manage HR projects and transitions from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within the specified scope.Process improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency of HR operations.Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and other HR departments.Reporting: Monitor and analyze HR metrics, prepare reports to track progress and success.Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the HR operations team, promote collaboration and a high-performance culture.Change Management: Lead HR operations initiatives, such as implementations of new HR systems (such as HR chatbot) and manage change initiatives.What we look forRequiredExperience in managing at least regional projects.Fluency in English is a requirement.A team player with strong communication, interpersonal and customer services.High attention to detail with proven planning and organizational skills and the ability to achieve goals within the set deadlines.Ability to work in a dynamic business environment and meet changing business needs and priorities.Experience in using a database management system such as Workday.Expertise in office administration technologies, case management, telephony, knowledge management processes, i.e. expertise in MS Office 365 and/or SharePoint.PreferredA bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field of study is desirable.Our benefitsBesides working in an international environment, you will receive a regularly monthly bonus after your first six months, meal vouchers, a recreation allowance and retail discounts.
