We're seeking a front-end specialist to architect and deliver innovative digital solutions that transform how customers interact with our platforms. - Design and implement customer-facing interfaces using React and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Build responsive, accessible web applications that work seamlessly across devices
- Create dynamic user experiences that integrate with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services
- Connect frontend applications with backend services through APIs and Microsoft Graph
- Implement no-code/low-code solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
- Optimize user workflows and reduce friction through intelligent interface design
- Collaborate on technical specifications for customer experience enhancements
- Prototype and validate new interface concepts and user interaction patterns
- Ensure frontend solutions align with enterprise security and compliance standards
- Partner with UX designers, product teams, and business stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical consultation on customer experience improvements
- 5+ years experience in frontend application building and user interface creation
- Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern web development practices
- Proven track record building customer-facing web applications
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience with version control (Git) and modern build tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to user experience details
- Self-motivated with strong project management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with design thinking approach
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team objectives
- Experience with Microsoft technology stack (Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft 365)
- Experience with PHP for integrating existing web systems and applications
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Microsoft certifications (Azure, Power Platform)
- Experience with AI integration and chatbot interfaces
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience in customer support or SaaS environments
- Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
