Are you interested in building strong, long-lasting client relationships as a trusted advisor? Do you enjoy identifying opportunities to grow sales over time? In this role, you’ll provide outstanding customer support while spotting and developing sales opportunities for our technology client’s customers. Using a consultative sales style and focusing on revenue goals, you’ll strengthen existing relationships and create new, lasting partnerships. You’ll work both independently and alongside a cross-functional team to understand and address business technology needs within a cloud-based environment.You’ll report directly to the Operations Sales Manager and play an important role in delivering a great customer experience while contributing to the team’s overall success.Your Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesUse your enthusiasm and product knowledge to negotiate effectively, overcome objections, and successfully close salesRecommend and present suitable products to customers, prepare quotes, and guide them through the purchasing processIdentify and pursue all potential sales opportunities during customer interactionsBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed targetsSupport a range of clients, including small and medium-sized businesses, advertising agencies, and senior decision-makers, with cloud-based solutionsStay informed about the latest trends and developments in the technology sectorWhat You BringExperience in prospecting, account development, negotiation, and closing dealsAbility to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior decision-makers to understand their needsBasic knowledge of cloud-based technologiesStrong communication skills in German (minimum B2+/C1) and English (minimum B2), both written and spokenAt least 1 year of proven sales experienceA proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues independently when possibleCurrently living in or willing to relocate to the Krakow areaWhat You’ll GetRelocation support package of 2000 PLN (net) * Base Salary: 11000 PLN Gross
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus: if reached 100% of their target or more, the bonus starts from 5,000 PLN gross and can increase depending on performance
