- In your first months: You'll explore our current compliance framework, get to know our Records of Processing Activities, and dive into our unique biometric ethics committee processes.
- As you settle into the role: You'll take full ownership of the data protection program, managing GDPR workflows, vendor DPAs, and providing critical compliance reporting directly to the CEO/COO.
- Within your first year: You'll have the opportunity to shape our EU AI Act readiness strategy, influence product-level "Privacy by Design," and ensure our global sales operations remain audit-ready in 80+ countries.
- Experience: 5+ years in data protection, compliance, or legal roles, ideally within tech/SaaS or regulated environments.
- GDPR Expertise: Hands-on ownership of GDPR programs, including ROPA, DPIAs, DSAR processes, and accountability documentation.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate legal requirements into practical SDLC gates.
- Risk Management: Strong skills in risk assessment and implementing mitigation measures (contractual, operational, and technical).
- Communication: Excellent drafting skills for policies and procedures; confident presenting to the Board/Leadership.
- Education: Degree in Law, Compliance, Information Security, or Business. Certifications like CIPP/E, CIPM, or CAMS are a strong advantage.
- Data Protection: ROPA, LIA/DPIA, Vendor DPAs.
- Sales Compliance: Customer KYC/CDD, Sanctions & Export controls (Dual-use).
- Product Governance: Privacy by Design, EU AI Act readiness, Biometric Ethics.
- Internal Oversight: Whistleblowing, Code of Ethics, Anti-corruption.
- Salary gross range: starting from €3000 EUR / month, tied to competency and technical evaluation.
