· 3 months: Finance project – Lead a functional project in areas such as logistics, HR, finance, marketing, or engineering to gain hands-on operational experience.
· 6 months: Regional project – Manage a strategic initiative to understand Hilti’s operations at a regional level.
· 3 months: International project – Drive a high-impact assignment in a market outside Eastern Europe, developing a global mindset and intercultural skills.Finance Track – Option 2:
· 3–6 months: Accounting & Shared Services rotation.
· 6–9 months: Controlling & Reporting rotation.
· 3 months: Credit & Collection rotation.
· 3 months: Finance project.(All rotations based in Prague, CZ)
· 6 months: International Project at the Market Reach Competence Center, Manchester, UK or Kaufering, DE.What You’ll Bring · Master's or MBA degree: the program is designed for 2024 to 2026 graduates.
· Fluent in English and local language, other languages are a plus.
· International experience through studies, internships, or initial work experience.
· Between 6 and 24 months of professional experience (internship, scholarship, or first job).
· Driving license.Application & Selection ProcessThe formal process includes an online interview with our Talent Acquisition Business Partner. From there you will attend interviews with the members of the regional leadership team, a day-in-the-life ‘field ride’, and finally, the assessment center in Prague, CZ. We cover your expenses if you have to travel to meet us.Interviews: January-April 2026
