We are looking for Event Program & Production Manager with specification and passion for cybersecurity who has desire to make the world safer and manage profitable and prestigious events. If you have the skills to plan and deliver a cutting edge topics and a range of hands-on trainings in accordance with well-defined processes in cybersecurity world, then you are the one.To be considered for the Event Program & Production Manager role you will need to possess experience in program/events delivery/management (including preparation, delivery and wrap up activities).Job description:

Monitoring the trends in cybersecurity and identifying the opportunities
Event Programme creation – Setting the topic, Finding speakers,
Creating interactive sessions, Organizing sessions by tracks,
Communicating the agenda
Providing an outstanding customer experience on programs delivered, organizing and managing program logistics and understanding customer needs and requirements.
Possessing a curious, open-minded and innovative mindset, seeking to continuously improve experiences
Building sound relationships and acting as key contact for media and supporting partners.
Communicating with marketing department
Engaging participants through the online platform with interactive and participative networking and social activities

Additionally, it’s crucial that you possess the following:

Customer-centric attitude with passion for delivering outstanding customer experience
Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and embracing change in a fast-paced environment
Confident presenter and facilitator, comfortable with leading online classes through social and networking activities
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Sound project management skills
Excellent organization skills and meticulous attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrable knowledge of business education and/or relevant sector
Budget management experience
Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
