This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact across seven Market Units worldwide while working with diverse stakeholders to optimize our business processes.About the RoleAs a Process Manager, you'll play a vital role in enabling and administering the controllership of processes to achieve operational excellence across L&H Re. Working alongside the Head of Operational Excellence and Senior Process Manager, you'll help foster a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to company standards and industry regulations.Key Responsibilities:

Document and standardize processes across Market Units and Global Functions in line with the Targeted Standard for Process Documentation Management (TS4PDM)
Develop and monitor operational metrics and key performance indicators to track process adherence
Support and facilitate the Operational Maturity Assessment across the organisation (OMA)
Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions
Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and practices
Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and requirements across all operational processes

About the TeamThis team is pivotal in the design, actions and building of sustainable and systematic capability of continuous operational improvements for L&H Re. Pe part of the L&H Business Excellence team, the scope covers all of BU L&H Re. The team's mandate consisting of two key pillars:

Provide E2E Operational Excellence Enablement across L&H Re, with a focus on continuous process improvement support for the seven Market Unit around the globe
Drive E2E Operational Excellence Controllership across L&H Re, with a focus on process adherence, the related operational metrics as well as the systematic oversight of agreed improvement actions

About YouYou're a detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational excellence and process optimization. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify inefficiencies and develop practical solutions, while your communication skills enable you to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

Experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or related roles with a proven track record of success
Strong knowledge of L&H Re processes and operating models
Proficiency in process mapping tools, techniques, and approaches
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and performance measurement
Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks

Experience working in a global, matrix organization
Knowledge of change management principles and practices
Experience in the reinsurance or insurance industry
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 2100 and EUR 3400 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,

the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
