Founded in 2005 in Finland, Multitude is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (MULT).We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Generalist to support our IT Department in Slovakia during a maternity leave cover. In this hybrid role, you will manage the employee lifecycle for both employees and contractors, with a strong focus on HR administration, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.Your focus:
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries for the IT Department.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, contract changes, offboarding, etc.) for both employees and contractors.
  • Handle HR documentation, including contracts, amendments, service orders, and related paperwork.
  • Support labour law compliance, including work permit management where applicable.
  • Cooperate with external vendors, payroll providers, and shared service centers.
  • Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, etc.).
  • Ensure timely and accurate HR administration and employee record keeping.
  • Support benefits administration and employee well-being initiatives in Slovakia.
  • Collaborate with the global HR team on key processes and cycles (e.g., performance reviews, salary reviews).
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR roadmap initiatives.
  • Support internal communication related to HR topics.
  • Provide reporting and HR data insights upon request.
Required skills & qualifications:
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • 2+ years of HR-related experience in a generalist or people partner role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Knowledge of Slovak labour law and work permit processes.
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as BambooHR; Workday experience is a strong advantage.
  • Self-driven, highly committed individual with a strong team spirit and customer-centric mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

The starting salary for this position is €1,600 gross per month.
