Our Channels & Reporting team plays a crucial role in ensuring clients have the right access, the right tools, and the right insights to manage their banking smoothly.Why this role mattersThe Channels & Reporting team is responsible for managing client access to banking channels and financial reporting solutions for ING’s international corporate clients.This includes onboarding clients to digital channels, managing user entitlements and security, and ensuring clients receive accurate, timely reporting to support their financial operations.In this role, you work at the intersection of client experience, security, data accuracy, and operational excellence, making sure clients can bank confidently and efficiently.What you will be doing✔ Channel Access Management
You set up, modify, and maintain client access to ING’s electronic banking channels, ensuring correct user roles, entitlements, and security settings in line with policies.✔ User & Authorization Changes
You process requests related to new users, role changes, access removals, and mandate-related updates, working closely with Mandates and Security teams.✔ Reporting Setup & Maintenance
You support clients with the setup, modification, and troubleshooting of account statements, transaction reporting, and other financial reports.✔ Client Support & Issue Resolution
You act as a trusted contact for clients and internal stakeholders, investigate access or reporting issues, and coordinate resolution across expert teams.✔ Process & Quality Improvement
You actively contribute to improving our tools, processes, and ways of working, with a strong focus on client experience, efficiency, and risk awareness.You will be part of a capability-focused team, deepening your expertise in channels and reporting while remaining in direct contact with clients and stakeholders.This job is for you if you want to:

What we are looking for
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn digital banking and reporting processes
  • Strong communication skills (English is a must)

  • Confidence in client and stakeholder interaction
  • A proactive team player with a problem‑solving attitude
  • Experience in client service, operations, or reporting is an advantage
  • Experience with channels, access management, or reporting tools is a plus — but not required. We will teach you.

From 1768 EUR/month*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
