- Propose and implement mid-level constructive engagement strategies in the Slovak market in order to create stable and positive business environment enabling Philip Morris Slovakia to achieve its business objectives.
- Monitor all political and legislative decisions which do or could potentially impact PMI's activities.
- Identify key non-governmental external stakeholders including industry, business groups, policy think tanks and international organizations and build relationships with them in order to jointly advance areas of common interest. Engage with tobacco industry groups and retailers.
- Create opportunities and identify best and most effective means to share all relevant legislative and strategy changes to the PMSK population.
- Education – University degree (Law, Economics, Political Affairs, or similar)
- At least 5 years of experience in senior positions in government, or government agencies, regulatory environment or in a business association
- English on communicative level (B2+) and native Slovak/Czech (C2)
- Prior experience dealing with complex regulatory, legal, or similar issues
- Knowledge of the local/EU legislative process
- Ability to prepare a structured analysis of a complex situation and to propose a comprehensive outreach strategy
