To find out more visit , and read about the latest news via our .Description and RequirementsWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Security Manager to oversee and execute corporate security strategies across our regional sites. This role is critical in ensuring the safety of our employees, facilities, and assets, while supporting business continuity and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, investigative skills, and a proactive approach to risk management in a dynamic, multinational environment.Key Responsibilities:

Implement corporate physical security programs and strategies across assigned regions
Manage contract guard forces and ensure effective safeguarding of personnel, facilities, and assets.
Lead incident response, investigations, and root cause analysis.
Conduct security compliance and risk assessments for offices, warehouses, and third-party providers.
Advise on physical security design and planning for facility projects.
Provide travel security guidance and coordinate executive protection and event security.
Deliver physical security awareness training and support fraud prevention initiatives.
Liaise with law enforcement, emergency responders, and industry peers on mutual security concerns.

What we are looking for:

Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security, law enforcement, or military, including 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven expertise in guard force deployment and facility security best practices.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations.
Experience conducting investigations and advising on loss prevention strategies.
Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, homeland security, emergency management or similar field.
Preferred certifications: CPP (Certified Protection Professional), CTM (Certified Threat Manager).
Willingness to travel up to 30% across the region.
