End-to-end VAT compliance process including preparation and submission of VAT returns, Intrastat reports, European Sales / Purchase lists and other VAT related reports
Processing of VAT Payments and monitoring of VAT Refunds
Performing different analyses related to VAT, reconciliation of VAT accounts, solve ad hoc queries
Management of VAT audits, responding to notifications and preparation of requested documentation for Business partners, Tax and Statistical Offices
Regular update of documentation
Partial participation on different projects e.g. implementation new reporting obligations related to changes of VAT legislation or automation of the processes
Support to business partners at Headquarters as well as to local colleagues across the Europe

YOUR SKILLS

University degree in Tax, Finance or Accounting
Experience with VAT Compliance process minimum 1 year
Knowledge of MS Office, SAP
Communicative level of English language
Desire to learn and develop
Openness and adaptability to changes
Good communication and analytical skills
Proactive approach
Ability to work efficiently to meet priorities and deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as within the team
Team-work orientation
