- Our biometric technologies and the markets we operate in, from criminal investigation and border control to digital ID and secure onboarding.
- Our current channels, stakeholders, and content engine. Your task will be to spot where distribution, cadence, and consistency can be improved fast.
- The voices inside Innovatrics: experts, leaders, and solution owners you'll interview and turn into external narratives.
- Building and running an external communication plan for Innovatrics and our solution clusters across LinkedIn (and other social), newsletters, PR, and media appearances.
- Owning relationships with key industry media in biometrics (and adjacent spaces like fintech): partnerships, editorial calendars, pitching, and steady presence.
- Acting as the guardian of our messaging, making it accurate, consistent, and unmistakably Innovatrics across channels and spokespersons.
- Turning one strong expert interview into a full distribution package: videos, posts, talking points, newsletter angles, and PR-ready hooks.
- Collaborating closely with Solution Marketing Managers, Event Marketing Manager, and the Content team to coordinate themes, launches, and campaigns.
- Take control of Innovatrics' external voice and cadence, so our message shows up regularly in the right places, with the right consistency.
- Establish and deepen relationships with key media and industry platforms that shape the biometrics conversation.
- Train and coach internal speakers for conferences, webinars, and external talks, raising the quality and confidence of our public presence.
- Lead global PR while coordinating smoothly with our local PR contractor, ensuring alignment and momentum.
- Bratislava, Slovakia (regular in-person collaboration at Biometrics House)
- Flexibility means: you can work from home part of the week, but you'll be present in-person for key workshops, speaker prep, and team collaboration.
- Proven experience in external communications, PR, or brand communications in a tech company (B2B preferred).
- Strong writing and editorial judgment: you can craft sharp messaging and ensure accuracy, consistency, and tone across channels.
- Confident public speaker with demonstrated ability to coach and train others in messaging and delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management: you can coordinate with Solution Marketing, Content, Events, and external PR partners smoothly.
- Strong content repurposing mindset: you can turn one input (an interview, a talk, a report) into a multi-channel distribution plan.
- Talent Acquisition Screen (~30 min): a quick intro call to align on expectations, motivation, and role fit.
- 1st Round Interview (~60 min): conversation with the Hiring Manager and a member of the Marketing team focused on your communication craft, stakeholder collaboration, and examples of work you've led.
- Take-Home Assignment (completed between rounds): you'll receive a practical task that reflects real work in this role (external comms plan + distribution/repurposing approach).
- 2nd Round Interview - Assignment Review (~60-90 min): you'll present your solution and walk us through your thinking, priorities, and trade-offs. You'll meet the Hiring Manager and additional stakeholders (e.g., Solution Marketing, Content, Events), and we'll discuss how you'd collaborate day to day.
- CARES Interview (~30 min): final conversation with our CARES committee to ensure alignment with our core values: Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Excellence, and Shared Mission.
