The mission of our Team is to resolve billing queries and disputes, related to invoicing and contracting, in an accurate and timely manner.We have a high volume of customers who are looking for a helping hand to save the day. The key role of First Contact Agent is to assist our business retail customers located all around the world with their queries related to billing, invoicing & service over phone, email or internal communication system.You will be working during the working days (Monday to Friday) and working hour will be distributed between 9am and 5:30pm based on agreement, according to your school schedule and business needs.Employee perks, benefits

Requirements for the employeeCandidates with education suit the position: University student
Language skills:
English – Advanced (C1)
The position is suitable for a fresh graduate: YesPersonality requirements and skills

University student
Fluent English (both written and verbal) (at least B2)
MS Office package (Outlook, Excel)
Precise, detail-oriented and stress resistant
Customer-orientated with a passion for people and resolving customer service issues
Strong people skills, with a talent for communicating in an empathetic and engaging way
Dynamic learner, maintaining positive energy and adaptable to different tasks, schedules, and environments
