We are a leading global online provider, with a technological ecosystem that connects millions of active customers with hundreds of thousands of partners across countries worldwide.About this roleWe're looking for a talented Program Manager to join our Slovakia country management team, reporting to the Country Manager. You will work closely with the Country Manager and department heads to drive performance, shape market operations, and support long-term scaling efforts. This role involves leading key programs and collaborating with teams across various functions, including Sales, Logistics, and Marketing. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the strategy of a key Slovak food and convenience player.These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

Drive performance through short- and long-term strategic initiatives.
Support core strategic planning and budgeting.
Work cross-functionally to lead strategic projects and ensure targets are met.
Manage monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Help develop and execute the country strategy.
Establish project management best practices and ensure clear communication.

What you’ll bring to the table:

3–5 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or an equivalent role in a fast-growth startup, tech/FMCG/retail operations, investment banking, or private equity.
Strong business and commercial acumen.
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication.
Comfortable developing narratives and presenting to executive-level audiences.
Fluent in both Slovak and English.
