Join one of the Multitude Tribe squads under the Architecture & Analysis chapter.
Act as a bridge between business and IT, aligning on shared goals and outcomes.
Collaborate with product owners to clarify epics and user stories, and support task creation for development.
Analyze business, IT, or vendor inputs to prepare solution concepts aligned with our architecture.
Design functional and architectural solutions adhering to best practices.
Coordinate with analysts, architects, product owners, stakeholders, developers, testers, and third-party partners.
Create and analyze functional, non-functional, and technical specifications (API specs, sequence & BPMN diagrams).
Support developers and testers throughout development and QA cycles.
Maintain central documentation in collaboration with the team.

Required skills & qualifications:Must-have:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Solid English communication, including reading and writing.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn, even independently.
Adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
Strong team player with cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Innovative, creative thinking and independent problem-solving.
Experience with business requirements and IT/software design.
Familiarity with analytical tools and notations (UML, BPMN).
Basic technology knowledge (API design, JSON, SQL, Messaging).
Interest in innovations and new technologies.
Experience in Agile environments.
Understanding of source code is an advantage.

Nice-to-have:

System analysis and translating business needs into technical specs.
Experience in software testing and validation.
Ability to write clear technical documentation.
Database skills (SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
Experience mapping banking workflows.
Integration experience with third-party apps.
Effective communication with business and development teams.

The starting salary for this position is €3,300 gross per month. The final offer will be determined fairly, based on your experience, and alignment with the role’s requirements.Kindly note this role is for direct applications only.
