- Deliver outstanding customer service in Czech through phone, email, and chat for airline inquiries
- Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and baggage inquiries
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and operational efficiency
- Stay updated on airline policies, industry trends, and promotional offers
- Fluency in Czech and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service focus with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is preferred
- Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Genuine passion for travel and assisting customers with their journey
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
