You will support workshop and operational teams with technical guidance during repairs and diagnostics. Prepare and update technical documentation, work procedures, and training materials. Also, you will participate in reliability‑focused projects and learn to use methods such as FMEA, RCM, and RCA under expert guidance. And assist with supplier selection, tender documentation, and root cause investigations to help implement practical improvements.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:👍 Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your degree in a technical engineering discipline electrical engineering faculty (or a related technical field)👍 Your Personality: A technically curious person with drive, eager to learn and work in the industrial environment of a refinery. Someone who wants to build their career systematically and long-term👍 Team Player: A team player who is not afraid to ask questions and accept feedback.👍 Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in any other language is considered an asset.👍 Tech Savvy: Computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and a willingness to work in an international environment.
