Join the Group Planning and Reporting team and support Henkel's top management with financial analysis of Henkel group and prepare comparison analysis against its competitors.What you´ll do

Conducting quarterly Henkel competitors analysis;
Preparing Share Price Development report;
Collaborating on Henkel's monthly results presentations for Management Board Meeting;
Updating monthly Re-valuation report for Henkel Global Supply Chain;
Providing macroeconomic update of Planning Assumptions;
Supporting on-demand requests and ad-hoc financial reports;
Partnering with Group Planning and Reporting team at Headquarters;
Developing and optimizing financial reports, both standard and ad-hoc;
Helping transform reporting processes from MS Excel to modern tools like Power BI;
Driving process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What makes you a good fit

Major in finance/accounting, or min. 2 years experience in controlling/reporting/finance,
Fluent English equivalent of C1 level;
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) - BI Tools and VBA is an advantage,
Analytical thinking, accuracy and attention to detail,
Communication and interpersonal skills - customer service approach with ability to interact with contacts at all levels.

Minimum salary: 2000 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience.
