
HVAC Sales Engineer

- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and acquiring new ones.
- Provide direct customer support and technical consulting regarding company products and solutions.
- Sell equipment, prepare calculations, and create tailored offers for customers.
- Deliver product and application training sessions for customers.
- Cooperate with the technical department on product policy, quality, and pricing.
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor ongoing projects within Sales.
- Prepare short- and long-term sales forecasts and reports.
- 5+ years of experience in project sales, ideally within HVAC BSO (building solutions).
- Technical background, preferably in HVAC, civil engineering, or related fields (university degree is an advantage, but not required).
- Solid knowledge of the HVAC market and/or industrial automation sector.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in handling projects.
- Communication in English - able to communicate confidently with our employees.
- Excellent self-organization, discipline, and result-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Driving license (category B).
