- Assist in the creation and execution of donor communications
- Lead donor social media engagement tracking
- Support creation and distribution of donor gifts and acknowledgments
- Create engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn on various housing topics
- Use Hootsuite to track social media analytics and monitor performance
- Assist with developing and implementing a social media strategy for Europe and Middle East regional social media accounts
- Assist in creating and managing web pages, add/ edit content, and upload/ remove files using Drupal CMS for website
- Use Google analytics, gather data, compile analytics, and help provide key insights on website communications and promotions.
- Manage the events calendar, working collaboratively with other EME offices to gather and share updates on significant events and initiatives.
- Easy design work (Canva) as well as more complex design tasks in Adobe Creative Cloud apps, prior experience is an advantage but not a requirement
- Support with logistics and organization of events and meetings

University education (Bachelor’s degree)Personality requirements and skills
- Full-time university student with specialization in humanistic fields, such as marketing, political science, international relations, European studies, management and other
- Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of other European language is an advantage
- Interest in a long-term internship for at least a year and availability for +/- 20 hours a week
- Very good computer skills-Microsoft, prior experience with website management and social management tools is an advantage but not a requirement
- Demonstrated interest in communications and social media
- Creativity, unconventional thinking
- Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Ability to work independently
