Chemical Business Support Expert

• Participate in the development, implementation and continuous monitoring of the sales strategy. Actively contribute to the development and implementation of the necessary tools and reports.
• Responsible for the implementation and development of planning and sales reporting; develop tools for the structured provision of data necessary for planning, measuring and controlling commercial activities.
• Organize and ensure the preparation of regular and ad hoc reports as required; Coordinate the preparation of turnover and efficiency analyses, sales trend analyses and decision preparation materials for the work of the Group Petchem Trading organisation.
• Organize and ensure the efficient operation and development of systems and tools supporting the sales process.
• Manage cooperation with partner organizations in the operation of planning and controlling processes and the systems and applications supporting them.
• Coordinate the rolling and business planning process, ensure the compilation of in-voices.

• University degree
• At least 5 years of work experience and deep understanding of commercial processes, Knowledge of business processes and IT systems used by Sales Support
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• English language at communicative level
• Team player, results-oriented, business mindset, customer-oriented approach, decision-making skills
