- Lead and participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths
- Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid; integrating new systems and processes with existing ones
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
- Assess finance processes and system inefficiencies (proactive and reactive)
- Demonstrated fluency in finance processes and process differentiation
- Support in analyzing financial data, month end and year end activities
- Organize data into accessible reports
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting and reporting for assigned areas
- Understand the different local financial requirements across Europe
- Familiar with Month End procedures: Journal preparation, P&L and Balance Sheet analysis during 3 day close. Balance Sheet reconciliation and responses to analytical queries
- Bachelor's Degree
- Manufacturing or Automotive experience preferred
- QAD MFG Pro and SAP ecc 6 experiences preferred
- MS Office products including extensive Excel
- Knowledge of plant finance operations
- Written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Able to travel extensively with minimal notice
- Accounting experience in high volume (preferably automotive) manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrable Accounting Experience working in Manufacturing with experience of standard costing systems
