- Deliver high-quality customer service in Slovak through phone, email, and chat for IT support inquiries
- Troubleshoot technical issues, guiding customers through solutions to resolve their concerns
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries
- Assist customers with product setup, configurations, and system navigation
- Collect feedback from customers to improve service offerings and user experience
- Stay updated with the latest trends in IT support and technology solutions
- Fluent in Slovak and English, with strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to solve problems effectively
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in IT or technical support, is preferred
- Able to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Genuine interest in technology and a passion for helping customers
- Familiarity with customer support software and IT service management tools is a plus
