Waygate Technologies is a part of the Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) segment of Baker Hughes, an industry leader in non-destructive testing (NDT) for industrial inspection.Manufacturing site in Nove Mesto nad Vahom, specialises in production of ultrasonic probes used in non-destructive defectoscopy in the petrochemical industry.The Manufacturing Engineering is responsible for solving standard technical problems in production, independently designs the production process based on clearly defined standards. This includes but is not limited to:

Supporting device improvements from purchase to installation
Conducting cost analyses of returns related to process and equipment changes in production
Conducting Root Cause analyses and production-related remedies
Constantly improving/reducing cycle times, improving productivity with process and procedure improvements
Responsible for engineering associated with the manufacturing process
Collaborate on the transfer of new projects (TOW), including new product and technology transfer (NTI)
