about the roleAs CX Solutions Expert, you will act as solution champion within the Europe region.Primarily focusing on presales activities, the Solutions Expert designs best in class CX solutions.In your mission, you will work closely with various Orange entities including sales, consulting, projects, sourcing, product and operations. You will lead CX solution workstream, from early opportunity qualification to demonstration, solution design and costing.This position is customer facing, you will closely interact with customers, you will assess requirements, present Orange services, design solutions and defend Orange offering.By designing best in class CX solutions, your contribution to revenue growth and profitability is key.You will lead the interface with sales, product, commercial management, sourcing, operations and consulting with the aim to design and cost tailored CX solutions.You will develop our portfolio of Digital CX solution by strengthening our offering in enterprise conversational AI, Sales Social engagement, Social Suites and Content Marketing Platform, we expect you to become our European champion.The CX portfolio includes Cloud Contact Centers (CCaaS) , CRMs, Speech Analytics, Conversational AI, Agentic AI, Customer Data Platforms, Customer Journey Analytics, Voice Call Collection Services, CPaaS.Support account teams on CX opportunities, participate to the bid and solution strategy definition, provide guidance on design optimization and positioning of value added features and key differentiators, provide competitive intelligence and contribute to the Business Case consolidation
  • act as a consultant to identify customer use case, set account team expectations and engage appropriate internal contacts (complex solutions/consulting/operations/product /sourcing)
  • as a key member of the bid team provide tailored CEX solutions based on 'best practice' guidelines to meet customer requirements for qualified bids
  • Push customer-centric solution design optimization by positioning most relevant features
  • Influence/drive the most economical/effective solution design, based on product, price and market knowledge
  • Liaise with Orange sourcing and key partners to obtain most cost-effective solutions.
  • participate to customer's meetings to defend Orange proposal

  • Build strong relationships with in-country presales and presales
  • Promote product awareness to Presales communities with relevant training sessions for new developments
  • Proposes process and tools improvements to further enhance and/or automate pre-sales and implementation process steps

  • Base salary from 1 640 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience. Please mind that the salary is only relevant for Slovakia Location.
