We are searching for a new colleague to extend our IT Security Expertise team of seven IT Security Engineers in ING Hubs Slovakia. We help our clients to trust in the ING’s security by doing our best to avoid security incidents while promptly and effectively responding to those which pass through all our protection layers.

How is this going to be translated to activities?You will…

Cooperate with local IT teams in ING Bank branches in central and eastern Europe in adapting the internal ING IT security controls procedures at application, network, IT infrastructure and end user computing devices levels
Work together with local IT teams and other internal organizations fixing gaps reported by penetration tests teams, vulnerability scans, Red & Blue teaming exercise, internal audits and compliance testing,
Follow up with local IT teams assisting central security defense center with security alerts and incident investigations,
Ensure the threat intelligence information is shared in timely manner with branches,
Show interest in the cybersecurity area, constantly expand the knowledge, ask questions and be ready to challenge the status quo
Build relationships with the stakeholders and IT teams

Familiarity with Windows, Linux, DB, NW infrastructure management

IT security

External certificates in IT or IT Security are an advantage - CISSP, CEH, OSCP, CISA, CISM, etc.
IT security good practices and terminology understanding - basic understanding is expected

Additional personality and skills preferences

Good communication skills, ability to lead meeting if required experienced with enterprise-level IT processes and controls;
Having experience in Excel or PowerBI for various reporting;
Able to work in a multicultural environment;
Fluent in English
Can-do attitude

Wage (gross) 2 510 EUR/month*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
