Join our Inside Sales team in Bratislava and help us drive growth across Austria!We’re looking for motivated individuals—whether you're a recent graduate or have up to 2 years of experience—who are eager to learn and ready to take on the challenge of cold calling and lead qualification.What You’ll DoAs an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll help identify new business opportunities and support our sales team by qualifying leads and connecting with potential customers. You’ll learn how to use tools like Salesforce, make outbound calls, and help turn interest into real sales opportunities.Your day-to-day will include:Researching and identifying potential customersMaking outbound calls to start conversations and understand customer needsQualifying leads and passing them to the sales teamKeeping track of leads and updates in our CRM systemSupporting sales campaigns and improving customer engagementWhat we look forRecent graduates or early-career professionals (up to 2 years of experience)Fluent in German and EnglishEager to learn and grow in a dynamic sales environmentStrong communication and listening skillsMotivated, proactive, and able to work independentlyPositive attitude and professional approachNice to Have:University degree in Business, Electronics, Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringBasic knowledge of Johnson Controls products and solutionsOur benefitsBesides working in an international environment, you will receive a regularly monthly bonus after your first six months, meal vouchers, a recreation allowance and retail discounts.
