The estate is live and in production — this means real complexity, real users, and real delivery expectations. You’ll work under a Solution Architect and alongside Business Analysts, contributing to enhancements, integrations, and new capability build. This is not a configuration role.What You'll be Doing
Developing and customising D365 CE and Power Platform solutions end-to-end
Building Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps with production-level quality
Writing plugins, custom workflows, and integrations in C# and JavaScript
Designing and maintaining Dataverse schemas and data flows
Configuring and extending Power Automate flows for complex business processes
Supporting testing, UAT facilitation, deployment, and documentation in a regulated environment
RequirementsWhat We Need
3–5 years of D365 development experience — actual solution delivery, not just platform configuration or administration
Full working depth across Power Platform: Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate
C# as your primary development language. JavaScript as a working tool (client-side scripting, form logic)
Regulated-industry experience — banking, insurance, capital markets, or public sector
Full working authorisation in your country of application. EU/EEA citizens, local nationals in each country. No sponsorship available.
Business-level English — Written and spoken. Daily collaboration with an international team.
