Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a Project Management Intern you will support the Central and Eastern Europe Program department to implement projects on Residential Energy and Affordable Housing in Europe funded by the EU, governments and private foundations.The main responsibilities would be:
  • Support the Project Manager in delivering project tasks and deliverables
  • Preparation of project documents, materials, presentations, texts and visuals for internal and external audiences
  • Support in project reporting and monitoring
  • Preparation of materials for social media posts and website on project activities
  • Support with scheduling meetings, event organization and internal communications, minute taking
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor

  • University student with specialization in humanist fields, such as marketing, political science, international relations, European studies, business and other
  • Excellent English (written and spoken)
  • Openness to learn, attention to detail, strong time management and self-organization skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Interest in a long-term internship for at least a year ​
  • Advanced digital skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), any database or knowledge system is welcomed
  • Proficiency in using graphic design software is an advantage

As an Learning and Organizational Development (LOD) Intern you will support the HR, Learning and Organizational Development (HRLOD) department to support the Habitat Area Offices of the 2 regions EME and Africa.The main responsibilities would be:
  • Support the LOD Manager in all key Learning and Organizational Development projects and initiatives
  • Support with organization and coordination of weekly all staff meetings
  • Support with organization and coordination of quarterly knowledge sharing virtual events and/or in-person events
  • Support with organization of training agenda (roster management, desk-top research)
  • Research on current and future HR trends
  • Other agenda relating to learning and development of employees
