Here, you will feel welcomed, respected, and valued as an important contributor to our diverse team.THE OPPORTUNTYAs a Business Analyst, you will evaluate business processes to uncover automation opportunities, define the RPA value proposition, and optimize processes to improve automation potential. You’ll develop RPA strategies, engage with business units for buy-in, and prioritize project execution. Your role also includes gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements, translating business needs into clear specifications, and acting as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the overall business analysis strategy and process for assigned areas.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, discussions, and other methods.
Decompose high-level needs into detailed specifications, user stories, and deliverables.
Serve as the point of escalation for challenges, ensuring timely resolution across teams.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including product owners, QA, and development teams, to align on objectives.
Provide mentorship to less experienced analysts, ensuring consistent skill development within the team.
Maintain and manage updates to analysis documentation and outputs.
Actively participate in defining and improving analysis standards, methodologies, and tools.
Communicate project updates, changes, and issues effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure all analytical outputs are clear, complete, and aligned with organizational standards and goals.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
3+ years as business analyst for robotic process automation (RPA) projects and/or IT projects
Practical experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
Fluency in English
Strong training/mentor/leadership skills
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to reach audiences of all levels of a large global organization

Nice to have:

Experience within a Lean/Agile development environment
Certified Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate certification (PL-600)
