Are you excited to guide companies through Azure transformation?We’re looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant focused on Microsoft Azure to support new business development, shape cloud solutions, and partner with Account Managers and technical teams to drive meaningful customer outcomes. You’ll qualify opportunities, design high-level proposals, and support the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract. You’ll also work closely with marketing and vendor partners to become a visible ambassador of Azure and AI innovation in the region.What you’ll do
- Identify and qualify new Azure opportunities aligned to customer needs and business goals.
- Lead the sales cycle with Account Managers: discovery, solution shaping, proposals, and closing.
- Run customer workshops and live whiteboarding sessions to design high-level architectures and next steps.
- Build clear proposals and cost models in partnership with Architects and Practice Leads.
- Present to technical and C-level audiences, manage objections, and guide decisions.
- Support marketing activities (events, webinars) and maintain strong collaboration with Microsoft.
- Deliver short hands-on POCs to validate solutions and accelerate customer commitment.
- Create cross-sell and upsell options with clear technical value and cost transparency.
- Experience in cloud pre-sales or enterprise tech sales, with solid understanding and hands-on exposure to Azure services.
- Ability to explain cloud fundamentals (scalability, elasticity, cost models) and map them to customer needs.
- Confidence presenting to IT and C-level leaders, leading commercial conversations, and shaping business value.
- Skill in building proposals, estimating Azure costs, and contributing to service contract structure.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Fluent Czech (C1/C2 level) and communicative English (min. B2)
- Certifications: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900 required); additional Azure certifications are a plus.
