- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Configure and customize standard functionalities to meet client needs
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions
- Participate in workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions with stakeholders
- Support integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, OData, Azure services) from a functional perspective
- Assist in data migration activities and validation of migrated data
- Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices and industry standards
- Participate in testing (UAT), user training, and deployment activities
- Support system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and support end users
- Contribute to documentation, business process mapping, and solution design materials
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant (3-5+ years)
- Strong understanding of D365 F&O functional capabilities and architecture
- Experience with system configuration, business process analysis, and solution design
- Solid understanding of finance, supply chain, or ERP processes
- Experience with data migration and data management framework (DMF)
- Understanding of integration concepts (REST, OData, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps)
- Good understanding of security roles and access control within D365 F&O
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- nice to have:
- Experience with dual-write or integration between D365 F&O and D365 CE
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience with Azure cloud services
- Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 Finance or Supply Chain Management
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of DevOps ALM best practices
- German language
