Summary We are looking for an IFRS accountant ready to operate in a global role. As part of our Global Accounting team at ESET Headquarters, you will work on complex accounting topics and expand your professional expertise in a dynamic, global environment.Job descriptionYour job and responsibilities on this position:Preparation of group financial statements according to IFRSSupervising accounting processes of the Groups' worldwide entities in terms of accuracy, coherence and efficiencyPreparation and developing consistent Group accounting policies & procedures in accordance with IFRS with focus on IFRS 15Production of the analytical review of the financial statementsParticipation on monthly group financial reportingAdvisory and support in financial questions & decisions from IFRS perspectiveCooperation with the external Group auditors and Accounting consultantsSupporting and advising of other finance departments of the Group on accounting related issuesParticipation in ad-hoc and global accounting related projectsOur requirements:University degree or diploma in Finance and AccountingAn additional accounting certification, e.g. DipIFR, completed or studying towards ACCA, is requiredFluency in English is a must (native or very good level of written and spoken English)At least 6 years of experience in IFRS accounting where experience with IFRS 15 is preferredExperience from international Audit/Tax environment is a plusExperience with global ERP, group consolidation & reporting systemsComputer literate with excellent Excel skills and solid understanding of accounting software principlesStrong analytical, numerical skillsStrong sense of responsibility and organization of workExcellent time managementStrong attention to detail, good judgment showing logical decision making, and a hands on approachPrepared to work some overtime hours during specific periods of the accounting cycleBasic wage component (brutto): from 2900 EUR

Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (normally 6 months).

The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
