
Regional Digital Service Representative

- Extensive international travel (70%) within Europe
- Upgrading the customer critical assets with smart sensors and communication features
- Configure gateway, and connect critical assets to the cloud
- Integration (preparation, connectivity, validation, and cybersecurity compliance)
- Collecting all data requested for Digital platform provisioning (done by Connected Services Hub (CSH))
- Supporting the preparation and execution phases of complex solutions
- On-site intervention following CSH insights from condition-based monitoring, customer requests
- Review customer electrical distribution network (HV, LV…) to identify critical assets to be upgraded, compile all installation info (equipment and IT) and collect cybersecurity requirements
- Preparation of work and staging: sensor pairing, custom model, firmware upgrade, gateway association to tenant, off-site testing; and validation of Bill of Materials including modem & SIM card
- Installation of new sensors and/or protection relays on site
- Configure communications and connect digital devices (relays, sensors, SMD, …) to gateway
- ETP connection: connect system to the Internet – Schneider cloud platform (northbound)
- Commission the IT/IoT portion of the digital services: coordination with other SE Field Services
- Troubleshoot End to End connectivity including ETP using procedure and ticketing tool
- Compile project data for provisioning by CSH into Eco-Struxure Asset Advisor (EAA) Platform, project
- Be the technical warrant of the services capabilities in front of the customer.
- Support customer projects on all connectivity matters including cyber security and analytics (including 3rd party solutions and 3rd party sensors).

- Use all digital tools designed for SE Service Representative
- Willingness to travel internationally for 70% of the working time
- 2+ years university degree or equivalent experience with at least 1year of related experience
- Advanced in Automation, IT solutions and networks (TCP/IP, Modbus, IEC61850…), digital systems integration, software setting
- Knowledge of LV and MV products (knowing Schneider Electric products is advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Mandatory: fluent communication in English language (B2+ level min)
- Flexibility & Reliability, Focus on technical details & Customer focus, Team player, Leadership skills
- Good Software tools literacy: MS Office, Acrobat, AutoCAD
