We are looking for Process Specialist S2P (Business Process Renewal Program) for KONE Business Services in Bratislava Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours to maximize collaboration with key stakeholders and responsible to handle the operations.About the Process Specialist Role:The Process Specialist position centers around the Source-to-Pay (S2P) domain, entailing tasks in supplier management, invoice processing, and intercompany financial dealings. This pivotal role ensures the effective implementation and user embrace of S4 HANA by emphasizing localization design, pre-deployment readiness, process documentation, and training.Key Responsibilities:Pre-deployment Readiness & Localization DesignConduct KONE Way audits across systems and analyze process adoption.Engage in localization design workshops to grasp business needs and ensure regional alignment.Offer insights and suggestions based on process expertise and user comprehension.Assess the impact of parallel projects and conduct architecture analysis.Deployment Support:Utilize process proficiency to train internal staff and key users via Train-the-Trainer sessions.Assist in final dress rehearsals and cutover activities to facilitate smooth system launch and data migration.Process Documentation:Collaborate with BPR teams to update SOPs and other process documents reflecting ERP system changes.Ensure clear and concise documentation guiding users through new processes and functionalities.Prepare URD in line with business requirements and technical feasibility.Deliverables:Active participation in localization workshops and documented contributions to design decisions.Thorough KONE Way audits and analysis reports.Comprehensive change impact assessment reports with mitigation strategies.Effective training delivery and end-user support during system deployment.pdated SOPs and process documents reflecting new system functionalities.Desired Skills:Proficiency in accounts payable, with a focus on supplier invoices and payments.Strong SAP proficiency, particularly in the context of mentioned processes.Experience with ERP systems and change management methodologies.Proficiency in training development, process mapping, and documentation tools.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement or related field.Sound understanding of business process analysis and reengineering methodologies.Experience with user acceptance testing and quality assurance processes.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team with attention to detail and accuracy.At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
