Junior consultant - Energy sectorAs one of the fastest growing teams in the consultancy market, we are looking for a new colleague to join our Energy sector team.As part of our Consulting service line, you will join our team of professionals, working to deliver Energy sector projects covering the entire value chain of regulated electricity, heat and gas markets. You will have the opportunity to participate in developing and implementing new legislation to regulate energy company processes. Additionally, you will gain experience in establishing financing for innovative energy projects aimed at achieving sustainability and carbon neutrality.Your key responsibilities:

Provision of professional consultancy services to clients including development and financing of renewable energy and sustainability projects
Responsibility for and fulfillment of tasks as part of client projects for energy companies in both the SR and EU regulatory frameworks
Market surveys and best practice, sectoral studies for individual energy fields
Analysis, assessment and proposals covering client strategies, policies and processes
Quantitative and qualitative data collection, data analyses from available sources
Teamwork to find and deliver solutions as part of the implementation of new legislation to regulate the processes of energy companies
Monitoring and analysis of energy and climate change trends and policies

Starting salary from 1500 €/ month (gross) depending on qualifications and relevant experience.Skills and attributes for success:

Completed university education with master's degree
One to four years of work experience, ideally complemented by regulatory experience (energy and utilities, telecommunications)
Professional consultancy experience, with market or financial analysis, is an advantage
Knowledge of European energy and climate change policies is an advantage
Ability to communicate fluently in English (at least B2 level)
Practical experience with MS Office package, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Awareness of the Energy Value Chain and the composition of electricity, heat and gas sectors
Interest in topics such as renewable energy, energy efficiency, hydrogen, decarbonization and transition to climate neutrality
Good analytical skills, logical thinking and attention to detail
