- Lead the Partner program within Vertiv EMEA in conjunction with Vertiv Global initiatives.
- Establish authorized Service partner agreements for variety of GTM partners and ensure partners have the proper organization in place and set the needed training plans to allow a flawless VUE (Vertiv User Experience).
- Work closely with the EMEA partners to exploit all service opportunities and to promote our service portfolio: Extended warranty, Project Services, Maintenance support, Digital Services, Technical help line, Optimization Services, etc.
- Align with Marketing and Sales to build strong Service sales proposition in the indirect markets to improve Vertiv's positioning.
- Participate in partners/distributors meetings together with EMEA channel/ partner sales team as and when required to help generate and/or close service opportunities.
- Work closely with the regional sales team to maximize our projects services revenues, via partners, in Countries with no direct execution presence.
- Periodically report business results and develop sales forecasts in the assigned region
- Conduct competitive assessments, analysis and benchmarking.
- Ensure Partners comply with Vertiv requirements and policies (Training, tools, capabilities, safety standards, etc.)
- Gain insight into customer needs and desired outcomes through extensive customer, channel, and market research. Convert insights into innovative Service strategies and detailed market requirements.
- Support local organizations on both commercial and technical aspects of Service portfolio
- Cooperate with Local organizations identifying market opportunities and target Customers and ensuring Service offering development and consistency across the region
- Provide offering information to Customers, Sales, Customer Service and Development teams
- Directly manage a team of dispatchers/order coordinators to assign tasks and deliver Channel Service backlog through defined Partners Network.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent years of experience within the IT Channel, data center Service and software industries.
- Minimum 5 years experience in operational management of third-party agreements
- Will need a strong focus on customer needs, markets, industries, channels, and competitive software solutions.
- Ability to quickly develop cross-functional relationships to achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrate competence in problem solving, data analysis, & project management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other business applications.
- Excellent communications skills - written & verbal.
- Fluent English (other languages are a plus)
