Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and impactful software solutions.
Contribute to real-world projects using modern technologies and cloud platforms, actively shaping the product's direction and quality.
Utilize Azure and AWS cloud platforms to ensure scalability, security, and flexibility for our applications.
Develop infrastructure as code to automate and manage cloud resources efficiently.
Design and implement microservices using Kubernetes to ensure high availability, resilience, and performance.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, supporting team alignment and delivery goals.
Stay informed about new technologies and development practices, proactively sharing improvements and ideas.
Ensure the quality of your work through testing, debugging, and careful attention to detail.
Independently manage complex tasks while collaborating with team members on shared architecture and features.
Contribute to documentation, test planning, and technical discussions throughout the development cycle.
Prepare and execute load testing and chaos management, help define test scenarios and support a strong testing process.
Communicate progress regularly, participate in planning sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

What we’re looking forWe’re looking for someone passionate about building practical, high-quality infrastructure with modern tools and a thoughtful approach.

3+ years practical experience with cloud providers Azure, Google or AWS.
2+ years practical experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Travis CI, CircleCI, Gitlab CI/CD, Github Actions
2+ years practical experience with writing automation scripts using programming languages such as python, go
Strong understanding of best practices in cloud computing, including security, scalability, and cost management
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration
Familiar with Agile methods like Scrum or Kanban, comfortable in iterative cycles.
Proactive problem-solver, effective independently and in teams.
Clear communicator able to explain ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

Basic wage component (gross): from 2900 EUR

Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months)
