- 3-5 years of experience in internal control/ internal audit/ operational risk management/ KYC or compliance
- 1-3 years of previous (people) leadership experience
- University education
- Experience in corporate matrix organizations
- Control oriented and analytical thinking / judgement aimed on assessing specific risks
- A real team player with excellent written and oral communication skills while interacting with many departments within the organization
- Financial institution background is plus
- Language skills: English - Advanced (C1)

- By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
