Working closely with both business and IT teams, you will identify, analyze, recommend, and support IT solutions that align with our organizational goals.Job descriptionWhat can you expect?You will primarily focus will be on creating documentation encompassing requirements, solution options, business cases, and recommendations using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect.Your responsibilities will be to:create of methodological procedures and guidelines for processes and systemscollaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirementsperform a thorough analysis of requirements, identify risks and the impact of these changes on the services provided, identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate requirementswork closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional servicesidentify process bottlenecks, risks & opportunities for automationcollaborate with stakeholders to define and measure process performance metricssupport change management initiatives related to business or IT process improvementsOur requirements:previous experience as an IT Business Analyst IT Process / Service Analyst or similar roleproblem-solving and analytical thinking abilitiesknowledge of both the project development life cycle and agile delivery methodologies, tools, and IT best practicesability to perform in-depth business process analysis and identify improvement opportunitiesexperience in service design, analyzing and streamlining IT processesunderstanding of service performance metrics and ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define and measure themexcellent communication and facilitation skillsexperience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders' expectationsfamiliarity with project management principles and practicesNice to have:certification in ITIL or business analysisexperience with technical projectsknowledge of relevant tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similarBasic wage component (brutto): from 1 800 EUR
- Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (normally 6 months).
- The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
