In this role, you will play a key part in shaping user experiences across our product portfolio, driving design excellence, and connecting UX outcomes to business objectives. You will collaborate closely with a distributed team of designers, developers, and product leaders to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take ownership of the end-to-end UX process for multiple products, from discovery and research to high-fidelity design

Translate business objectives and user needs into clear, actionable design strategies and solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, development, business stakeholders) to deliver cohesive and impactful user experiences

Mentor and support other designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement

Champion user research and usability testing, integrating insights to inform design decisions

Advocate for design consistency and shared standards across the product portfolio

Proactively identify opportunities for strategic improvements in both product and process

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments

A degree or comparable training in the field of UX design, interaction design, HCI, usability or similar

Proven ability to connect design work to business goals and measure impact

You not only have an eye for detail, but also a real sense of form, color and visual harmony

Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of user needs and human behavior

Experience with common design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Axure)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment

Experience in working with cross-functional and cross-national teams

Independent, solution-oriented way of working and enjoy teamwork

Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
