• Creating and implementing strategies to achieve marketing goals for our company.
• Providing comprehensive marketing support for our services.
• Collaborating with the Head Office for marketing and communications projects (e. g. SEO optimalization, web page content and microsites updates…)
• Managing existing social media platforms.
• Developing, executing, monitoring and reporting online campaigns.
• Analysing & evaluating campaign performance, suggesting improvements as needed.
• Conducting PR activities and media relations. Reporting of marketing activities to company management.
• Crafting an effective direct marketing (eLetters, emailing...).
• Collaborating with sales and other departments to ensure cohesive efforts.
• Close cooperation with PR and digital agencies.
• Demonstrating proficiency and deep understanding of performance marketing tools (e.g. Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, eTracker, LinkedIn Business Manager).
• Effective budget allocation.
• Staying on top of industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation and campaign improvement.
• Maintain intranet content.
• To be external and internal ambassador of DACHSER brand.
• Maintain a brand consistency via communications, tone of voice and graphics (Canva).

• Your qualifications:
• you have several years of practical experience with marketing, PR or copywriting
• you have an excellent command of your mother tongue (grammar, spelling, stylistics)
• you are familiar with social media and are happy to deal with the regular publication of corporate and more personal posts
• communication in English is not a problem for you
• Your personality:
• you have good time management, you are flexible, precise, with an eye for a detail
• you have a creative spirit that you can squeeze into corporate rules
