We're a fast-growing company looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive Slido's product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap. You'll be managing product within an empowered team, working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for transforming how meetings and events are run around the world.Your role
- Talking to customers (a lot)
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that drive growth and improve customer experience
- Outline a product strategy and create a product roadmap in alignment with business priorities
- Manage product in a cross-functional team (User Research, Data, Design and Engineering)
- Work closely with our marketing team on product launches
- Use your knowledge, passion and creativity to generate new product ideas
- Own features through the entire product lifecycle: ideation, discovery, planning, delivery and evaluation of the performance
- You'll be reporting directly to Head of Product
- 4+ years professional experience managing software products from inception through launch and iteration, SaaS experience welcome
- Proven track record in solving user problems and taking product or feature from a concept to launch and beyond
- Previous experience with leading cross-functional teams
- Strong passion for product and building amazing things
- You like challenging problems owning them from beginning to end
- You're open to feedback both from customers and internally
- Strong leadership skills
- Advanced English
- Previous experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience with Enterprise segment or game design (depends on a team to join)

- Gather and analyze market, customer, and competitive insights to inform product strategy
- Develop, lead, support and communicate go-to-market strategies and product launches
- Guide opportunity sizing, product positioning, and messaging
- Enable Sales (both self-serve and enterprise), and execute programs to drive adoption
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to understand the engagement lifecycle and develop features and messaging that help us delight users
- Report directly to Head of Marketing and work closely with our product managers
- 5+ years of product marketing experience
- B2B software experience (bonus if you've marketed to enterprise IT)
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- You want to bring Apple-level product marketing to B2B. From the storytelling to the simplicity of the messaging and design
