• Contacting suppliers via mail, phone call
• Communication and clarification with suppliers, problem solving
• Processing supplier responses, data collection
• Ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency of data
• Corrective actions for inaccurate or missing data
• Reminders and escalation for non-responders
• Searching for Alternative Supplier and contacting them (if needed)

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to explain data requirements simply and clearly
• Time Management - ability to prioritize and manage multiple suppliers and deadlines
• Professional persistence to follow up on missing or delayed supplier responses
• Problem Solving - to address discrepancies or incomplete submissions logically
• Basic technical skills (research, data sorting)
