Responsibilities and duties:
- Process, monitor, and track payment requests, accounting documents, invoices, and travel expense reports.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and logistics.
- Support with logistics and organization of events and meetings.
- Assist with short-term research to support CIPE's programs in anti-corruption, corrosive and constructive capital, women's economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, business association capacity building, and other focus areas.
- Update and maintain resource materials for the team and internal database.
- Ad hoc administrative support.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Europe team.
- Adhere to appropriate CIPE and NED policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- University students in the field of International Relations, Political Science, Economics, Area Studies, or a similar field are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in professional written and spoken English and Slovak/Czech a requirement; Knowledge of other regional languages a plus.
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Very good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Self-motivated and independent.
- Passion for international development, democracy strengthening, transparency, and cross-sectoral cooperation.
