- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Relations, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in EU grants or public funding, ideally in the CleanTech, Energy, Infrastructure, or Sustainability sectors.
- Solid understanding of EU funding frameworks (Horizon Europe, Innovation Fund, LIFE, etc.) and national grant mechanisms.
- Strong technical and financial writing skills.
- Fluent English. Knowledge of Czech, German, or French is an asset.
- Proficient in coordinating funding proposals, managing reporting, and handling multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Track record of successful EU grant applications exceeding €500,000 in awarded funds.
- Experience in international consortium management.
- Familiarity with circular economy, gasification, or waste-to-energy projects.
- Understanding of Grant Agreement templates, EU reporting formats, and audit requirements.
