KBS Europe is built on skilled, motivated professionals who work together to deliver high‑impact results and support KONE’s ambition to be the easiest company to work with and work for.Our Bratislava based Sell to Cash team is looking for a Business Support Agent to support KONE branch in France.What will be your role?In this role you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless execution of contracting processes and data administration.Your main responsibilities will include:

Validate and enter billing data into the ERP system
Communicate effectively with your team and colleagues from different countries
Embrace the principles of LEAN in a continuous improvement culture

Your skills and qualifications:

Enthusiasm to seek improvements and share ideas
Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and affinity for working with data
Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced international environment
Aspiration to learn and develop
Team player with ability to work autonomously
English at B2 level
French language is an advantage.
Familiar with MS Office, with a focus on Excel

Salary
